Initiative Toner Warranty

All Initiative branded toner cartridges carry a full, unlimited in time guarantee.

Initiative imaging supplies are free from defects in both material and workmanship. At our discretion, we will replace the item and/or refund the full purchase price of any item found to be unsatisfactory

In addition, we further warrant that our products will not cause damage, deterioration or abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. This warranty covers all equipment used within the manufacturer’s specifications and does not include acts of God or nature.

If a defect in any Initiative product is found to be the sole cause of damage to any equipment, we will reimburse the customer for a complete repair. In any reported cases of Initiative toner cartridges causing damage to a printer we will visit the location concerned and inspect the printer. A full report will be provided indicating the cause of the problem and the actions taken to repair any damage to the printer. In the event of the printer being beyond repair we will replace the machine with an identical specification printer.

The use of remanufactured toner cartridges does not invalidate the manufacturers warranty provided when the machine was purchased. Our liability shall be limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied.
